Shipping and Handling -

Unless otherwise stated shipping and handling are not included in the price of any animals or merchandise listed for sale.
Pythons Direct ships through Airborne Express, UPS, USPS, and Fedex.
All orders are subject to a box charge which is dependant upon the size of the order and any special promotions we have in effect at the time order is placed.
Animals are guaranteed for live arrival unless otherwise stated. Any D.O.A. claims must be emailed to us within thirty minutes from the time of arrival. The time of arrival will be verified with the shipping company. The D.O.A. animal(s) must be returned to us within 24 hours at buyer's expense. Guarantee is for the cost of the animal(s) only and does not include the shipping fees. Shipping fees for the replacement animal(s) are also the responsibility of the buyer. There are no guarantees on wholesale, bulk lot, or special sale priced animals under any circumstance.

Wholesale -

Any order in which the retail price is discounted because of a quantity purchase being made shall be considered to be a wholesale purchase. If you are interested in purchasing several of the same type of animal please email us and ask about possible wholesale pricing on that type of animal. Please also include the quantity you are interested in.
